Our stay at this amazing B&B was absolutely mind-blowing! The room was super clean, big, and modern, with a jaw-dropping hairdryer. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, close to delightful patisseries and other amenities. We loved the outdoor patio area and the convenience of being able to do laundry. The spaciousness of the room and the refreshing shower pressure were impressive. It was so easy to access the city and nearby attractions thanks to the nearby metro station. The breakfast at the cafe across the street was a delightful start to our days, with fresh pastries and delicious cappuccinos. The added bonus of having a spa and beauty shop next door was fantastic, offering top-notch services and a friendly owner. Alessandro, the host, was exceptional and always available to provide information and assistance. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

The rooms at this hotel were spacious, clean, and had nice shower pressure. The basic amenities provided, such as the wardrobe, fridge, and bed, were all in good condition. I also appreciated that the staff regularly cleaned the rooms and changed the towels. the breakfast at the local bakery, which was just a croissant, coffee with milk, juice, and a piece of sweet pie.

None of these complaints applied to this hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was big, clean, and beautifully decorated. the shower was amazing, and the air conditioning worked really well. the hotel was close to a delicious pizzeria and a supermarket, which was really convenient.

The communication was terrible, as none of the staff spoke any language other than Italian. There was no reception, so we were constantly having to open the door for lost travelers.

We had a pleasant stay over Christmas. The breakfast served in a nearby patisserie was fresh and tasted delicious. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. We also enjoyed the clean and modern room with comfortable beds.

The area surrounding the hotel didn't feel very safe, especially at night. The shower in our room had some issues and we struggled with the hot water supply.

I wanted to visit the Pietrarsa Railway Museum and chose Palazzo San Vincenzo Bed & Breakfast due to its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the dry cleaning/laundry services offered. It made my stay even more convenient and hassle-free. the self parking option for breakfast was a great perk.

the modern, spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom that had everything we needed. We were impressed by the friendly service and enjoyed the delicious Italian breakfast at the nearby patisserie. Plus, being close to the train station made getting around really easy.

We did find that the area around the hotel wasn't the nicest, but it was easily accessible and we never felt unsafe.
